Random Drunk Thoughts

that would be an awesome career. except i don’t have the natural talent. i have some skills but my one love of music, not there.

so instead i am an obsessive listener and collector of music. i will at least here anything once (except justin beiber, that guy sucks). I figured i’d tag this with beiber to see what hate rolls out. in general i give credit to artists even if i don’t like them. i won’t give credit to Rihanna because every time i’ve seen her on tv she’s been terrible. She can’t lip sing nor can see sing with out studio trickery (autotuned bullshit).

so in my quest for finding music i stumble through many dark forests of crap, fight back Pitchfork’s love of shitty indie bullshit, main stream bands/artists, manufactured bullshit and i hope to find the meadow of greatness. that was a sort of shitty metaphor. my bad. so in that quest i have to keep up my last.fm profile showing what i hear and listen to. i’m nuts. As i write this i am listening to School of Seven Bells “Ghostory.” I am not sure what i think of it yet.

so I am writing this ramble of nonsense to see what are some bands/artists you recommend i check out. I will post some photos/writings/words on some albums i have enjoyed this week. let’s see what happens. Who should i check out?
